Small Stitched High Waist Straight Jeans Women's Summer Thin 2024 Spring and Autumn New Nine-Point Cigarette Pipe Pants

The pants were too small as a Medium, they fit more like a small.

I received my jeans and they are adorable, however they run beyond small. I wear a US 12 and these look like a 6 (maybe an 8). Not much stretch in the fabric either.
Not sure how to return/exchange either? I did not receive any information, help please!
